My User Preference File in Blender - Updated for 4.3

Here is my User Preference File for Blender. Useful for those who are following my tutorials on YouTube and are coming from Maya and making the switch. Maya Viewport Navigation but still keeping the 99.9% of the default Blender Hotkeys.
